Expecting to study at Berkeley and become a yuppie, handsome Vikram Gowariker arrives from Bombay to find his host family has moved, he's not registered at the school and he has nowhere to stay. With his money and visa running out, it looks like he's out of luck. But things are not always what they seem - especially in the heyday of San Francisco's punk era. To his surprise, Vikram falls in love with the vibrant city and with Sue (Heidi Carpenter), a feisty bohemian artist working at a local movie theater. Dodging INS agents, the couple resorts to desperate measures, including a hilariously bungled burglary and an impromptu curbside wedding. It all ends happily with a trip to India and a romantic dance number right out of a Bollywood musical. Bollywood style is one of the fastest-growing popular genres today!

Robotech - Homecoming - An Extraordinary Movie

Wow! I really loved the movie Robotech - Homecoming. The movie is absolutely stunning with top-notch graphics and visuals while Mika Doi deliver some award-winning performances in this movie. I also think Tsutomu Fujii was great! The visuals and graphics make for some very realistic on screen special-effects but that is the beauty of the movie.When the movie wants to be funny it is funny, the same is true for when the movie needs to deliver its scary aspects.

I think Mika Doi and Tsutomu Fujii worked wonderful in Robotech - Homecoming. The great supporting cast includes Mika Doi, Tsutomu Fujii, Arihiro Hase, Sh Hayami, Michio Hazama.

You should see it, make no mistake this is a definite blockbuster!

Summary of Robotech - Homecoming:
After battling their way back to Earth, the crew of the SDF-1 must learn to cope with a new set of rules imposed by a bureaucracy with little understanding of the grave threat that faces the entire world. Eventually, the horrors of war are brutally realized as heroes are forced to make the ultimate sacrifice...Add to this the growing tensions romantic and otherwise, between several key characters and therein lays the makings of classic science fiction melodrama that defines Robotech.
